Initial Consultation
We will explore how we can work together to achieve your goals.
We will create a context for your dentistry so we can plan essential and meaningful treatment.
We will determine the difficulty of your case and classify your situation as Patient Type I, II, III, or IV, in order to assign the appropriate diagnostic services.
Diagnostic Services
We will perform a clinical evaluation, which consists of a new patient examination, radiographs, and diagnostic photographs.
We may also set up appointments to obtain diagnostic casts, jaw records, and mount the diagnostic casts to perform a functional analysis.
A functional analysis helps us evaluate how your teeth come together when you bite.
Treatment Planning Session
Together with you, we will determine where you are with your current oral health through a co-discovery process and review the diagnostic findings.
We assess four areas of oral health: esthetics, function, structural integrity of the teeth, and the biologic health of the gums and pulps of your teeth.
We will discuss what we are seeing in these four areas, what we consider ideal, and what we think will likely happen if you don't act. Most importantly,
we will determine what you would like to do for yourself to become healthier.
Obtaining a Future of Choice
Together we will discover an essential and meaningful treatment to resolve your diagnostic findings. We will help connect the emerging meaning
derived from your consultation to the techniques necessary to attain your preferred future. We will also help you understand what your choice
means in terms of time, money, energy, and outcome.
